Upendra has over 25 years of work experience in energy efficiency, sustainable development, equipment safety and reliability, maintenance optimization, power quality and electrical network modernization in government, public and private sectors. He has experience of working with multilateral & bilateral agencies-World Bank, UNDP, UNEP & GTZ Germany. He has provided consulting services in more than ten countries. He has been involved with conceptualization, development and implementation of energy efficiency, cleaner production & climate change projects in various sectors of the Indian economy including industrial, commercial, agriculture and urban. He has been managing team of energy specialists, solution architects & vendors to deliver energy efficiency consultancy, implementation projects & demonstration of energy savings achieved after implementation. Upendra has rich working experience with organizations like Schneider Electric & Deloitte.

Prem is a highly experienced professional with more than 25 years of expertise in the field of energy efficiency. Throughout his career, he has successfully contributed to various areas of energy management and utility operations. One of Prem's key areas of experience lies in conducting energy audits for electrical and thermal energy in different types of industries. His meticulous approach and in-depth knowledge have enabled him to identify energy-saving opportunities, optimize energy consumption, and recommend efficient practices across diverse industrial sectors. Additionally, Prem has extensive experience in inspection and monitoring work for high-tension (HT) lines, low-tension (LT) lines, transformers, consumer meters, and related accessories in approximately 8500 villages. His work with government agencies in rural electrification projects has been instrumental in ensuring reliable and safe electrical infrastructure in rural areas. Prem has also contributed significantly to substation automation work and provided logical support in software development for electrical distribution utilities. Moreover, Prem has been involved in the calculation of Aggregate Technical and Commercial (ATC) losses under the Restructured Accelerated Power Development and Reforms Program (R-APDRP) launched by the Ministry of Power, Government of India, thus contributing to the overall enhancement of power distribution efficiency.

Additionally, he has been instrumental in developing and implementing strategies for efficient power distribution, optimizing energy usage, and minimizing wastage. Another key area of S.C. Singh's expertise lies in steam generation, distribution, and utilization. He possesses an in-depth understanding of steam systems, including boiler operations, steam distribution networks, and efficient utilization methods. His strategic approach has consistently resulted in enhanced steam system performance, improved energy efficiency, and cost savings for the organization. Moreover, S.C. Singh has extensive experience in compressed air generation, distribution, and utilization. He has successfully implemented best practices for compressed air systems, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing energy consumption. His expertise extends to identifying and resolving issues related to compressed air leaks, pressure control, and equipment maintenance. Furthermore, S.C.
